our passion
Passionate about Food...
It all begins with the ingredients. I am an avid supporter of using the best
local produce and we are privileged in Northern Ireland to have some of
Europe’s finest local suppliers right on our doorstep. Source the best
ingredients and you are on the right track.
Paul Rankin

I thrive on the energy and buzz in the kitchen at Cayenne. You are working
alongside the best in the industry and each service we all have to raise our
game. My big passion is about experimenting with different combinations to
find something new and exciting! What a buzz!
Paul Waterworth, Cayenne Head Chef

Passionate about Service
We understand how important it is to make people feel special. From the
moment we first speak to you on the phone to the moment we say goodbye to
you after your meal - every step in this journey is vital. We try to be
better than the rest and combine good service with genuine Irish warmth and
hospitality We would really welcome your feedback - it always keeps us on
our toes if we know you are taking notes! Hope to welcome you soon.
Lisa, Manager at Cayenne

Passionate About Wine

All our Managers and Head Waiters are fully trained to understand wines and
assist our customers as they select wines that will best complement their
food. We change our wine list with the seasons to marry with the menu
changes and the best fun is making the selection. It is important to ensure
that every dish on the menu has a wine that works well with it.
Rory, Manager at Cayenne
